Will Garcia vs Matthysse Steal The Show?

Tomorrow night, in Las Vegas Nevada; Danny Garcia (26-0 16 KOs) will put his lineal junior welterweight title on the line against the hard punching Argentinian Lucas Matthysse (34-2 32 KOs). The bout will serve as the co-feature for Floyd Mayweather vs Saul “Canelo” Alvarez; but with all the talk around the main event, fans may be surprised when Danny Garcia and Lucas Matthysse steal the show.

This is a fight that Matthysse has been salivating for; so much so, that he turned the IBF title when he knocked out Lamont Peterson in May, choosing instead to keep his interim WBC title. Danny Garcia on the other hand, has not seemed so eager to step in the ring with “La Máquina”, which translated means “The Machine.” Nevertheless though, the fight is taking place, and the winner looks poised to be the next challenger for Floyd “Money” Mayweather, should he get by Alvarez in the main event.

Fans may be tuning in solely to see Mayweather vs Alvarez, but one thing is for sure; Garcia vs Matthysse will steal the show, for however long it lasts.
